The M-JET + system boasts a robust casing, ensuring durability and protection from dust and water. It features a dashboard with LED indicators for easy monitoring. Additionally, it includes sensors for belt speed, chain elongation, belt alignment, follower shaft position, choke and level, as well as bearing temperature. This integrated system enables gas detection and DUAL-VENT opening while effectively minimizing the intrusion of rainwater into the container. In the event of an explosion, the DUAL-VENT's incorporated vent will open as usual, while our VIGISPACE certified deflector redirects the flame upwards, enhancing safety measures. This innovative combination of our DUAL-VENT solution (featuring gas detection and blast panel) with the VIGISPACE deflector ensures comprehensive protection against potential hazards.

The INTEGRATED INDUCTIVE DETECTOR, with a maximum speed of 500 rpm. These VIGIRO IP 26 devices offer direct connectivity to a central control area or the hazard monitor M-JET+.

The VIGIFLAM VQ offers efficient flame suppression, featuring an internal standard VIGILEX bursting panel. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, providing a quick and cost-effective alternative to cumbersome pipe installations. With effective low-pressure resistance, it prevents flame and particle spread. During an explosion, the vent opens, directing flame and dust into the flame arrestor element. Energy dissipation in the filter element prevents flame propagation beyond the VQ, ensuring safety. Dust is contained within the VQ, while gases are vented into the surrounding atmosphere.
