Engineering Expertise in Industrial Aspiration

SKIF Technology Group specializes in the engineering, design and implementation of industrial aspiration and filtration systems for dust-critical processes.

We develop process-specific solutions focused on dust capture efficiency, explosion safety and compliance with EU safety and emission requirements, based on real operating conditions and airflow analysis.

About us

SKIF filtration solutions for aspiration systems

Local and centralized dust collection solutions for continuous processes, product recovery and compliance.

Engineering Approach

A structured engineering workflow for industrial aspiration systems — from process assessment and airflow calculations to safety compliance, equipment integration and commissioning.

01
Process & Dust Analysis
Identify sources, dust load and critical points.
02
Airflow & Aerodynamic Calculations
Duct network, pressure losses, fan selection.
03
Safety & EU Compliance (ATEX / IED / Machinery)
ATEX concept (when applicable) + EU safety and emission requirements.
04
Equipment Selection & Integration
Filtration units and process-specific dust control components — integrated into the aspiration system.
05
Installation Support & Commissioning
Start-up, tuning and performance verification.

Engineering expertise

SKIF Technology Group is built on many years of practical engineering experience in the design and implementation of industrial dust collection and aspiration systems for grain elevators, port terminals and industrial facilities across Europe.

Our engineering expertise has been developed through close cooperation with leading technical universities and engineering institutions, including the Technical University of Košice and other European academic partners. Within this collaboration, fundamental knowledge and applied engineering solutions were established in the fields of:

  • aerodynamics and gas–dust flow behavior,

  • filtration and separation of bulk materials,

  • aspiration systems for food, agri-industrial and dust-critical industrial processes.

Since its foundation, the development and continuous improvement of aspiration and filtration technologies has been a core professional focus of SKIF Technology Group.
Our engineering approach is based on real industrial operating conditions rather than purely theoretical calculations, taking into account actual dust loads, process characteristics, safety requirements and long-term system reliability.

SKIF does not focus on selling equipment as individual products. Our responsibility starts with process understanding and ends with a system that performs reliably, complies with EU standards and delivers measurable results.
