In our system, dusty air from the receiving hopper enters the dusty air chamber, where dust settles on filter elements. Purified air then flows into a separate chamber and is released into the atmosphere through an exhaust fan. Our regeneration system ensures accumulated dust on filter elements is reintegrated into the product, ensuring continuous operation.

The BURST SENSOR serves as a highly effective indicator of the status of safety devices, providing real-time alerts to enhance the safety of your facilities. It facilitates the connection of sensors to the Master M-JET+ or M-JET systems for individual conveyors via extension wires (multicables). Additionally, a connection box is available for conveyor lengths ranging from 20 meters to 80 meters, ensuring seamless integration and extended coverage.By analyzing sensor data and storing information about detected defects, the system efficiently manages the conveyor's operational integrity. Depending on user settings, the M-JET+ or the M-JET will trigger alarms and initiate conveyor shutdown protocols as necessary.

The magnetic separator is equipped with a stainless steel flap, behind which lies a ferrite permanent magnet. Ferrite magnets are primarily designed for capturing large iron particles. THE MAGNETIC SEPARATOR IS EQUIPPED WITH A STAINLESS STEEL FLAP
The VIGITHERM GST 100 HX, rated for ATEX Zone 20 for continuous dust applications. Equipped with PT100 sensors, these devices require connection to an appropriate signal conditioning device. Featuring a lug style terminal for easy attachment to 1/8 or ¼ inch grease fittings and a Teflon coated, braided cable with a length of 3 meters. Operating temperatures range from 100°C in ATEX zones to 180°C in non-ATEX environments. These devices offer seamless connectivity, directly linking to a central control area or the hazard monitor M-JET+.
