Packaging of free-flowing materials is a critical stage of the production process, directly influencing the speed and efficiency of enterprise operations. Our system is designed for packaging materials such as grains, sugar, animal feed, pellets, charcoal, nuts, and coffee into bags weighing up to 50 kg, as well as big bags. At the core of the system is a 5.3 cubic meter storage hopper that can be adapted to specific customer requirements. The dosing unit, with its wide range of adjustments, ensures the capability to package containers of various sizes and shapes. This makes the system highly adaptable for integration into any production line.

The product loading process can be organized as follows:

  • Standard option: loading is performed using a front loader.
  • Mechanized solutions:
    Bucket elevators.
    Screw conveyors.
    Modular belt conveyors.
    Chain conveyors.
  • For rigid containers of fixed sizes: using a tipper-lifter eliminates the need for additional storage tanks and conveyors, reducing both the cost and footprint of the line.

One of the key features of our system is its flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of an enterprise. For example, in manual operation, the equipment can package up to 60 containers per hour, making it ideal for smaller production facilities. For larger-scale operations, an automatic dosing unit can be installed, increasing the packaging speed to 120–150 bags per hour.

Switching from big-bag packaging to small-bag packaging takes only a few minutes and is performed directly by the line operator. This solution is especially convenient for enterprises handling different types of products or varying production volumes. Additionally, the system can be equipped with a transfer conveyor to move packaged products directly to transport vehicles, enhancing convenience and reducing loading and unloading times.

Special attention is given to the compactness and cost-efficiency of the equipment. Its rational design and optimized processes help reduce operating and maintenance costs. All equipment parameters, including configuration and layout, are refined during on-site installation with the customer’s involvement.
