Centrifugal Fans — Series U/TM 

High-pressure centrifugal fans designed for industrial use with dusty air and pneumatic conveying support.

The U/TM series centrifugal fans are engineered to take up air, even very dusty air containing suspended materials, at temperatures up to 80 °C. They deliver medium-to-high pressure performance suitable for industrial ventilation, pneumatic conveying assistance, and extraction systems with resistance to dust buildup.

  • High-pressure design
    Engineered for medium-to-high static pressure performance in industrial settings. 

  • Rugged steel casing
    Spiral casing made of rimmed and welded steel sheet for mechanical durability and long service life. 

  • Adjustable discharge angle
    Discharge outlet can be rotated in 45° increments (clockwise RD / counter-clockwise LG) to match installation requirements. 

  • Forward-curved blade impellers
    Welded steel sheet impellers with forward open blades are statically and dynamically balanced for smooth operation. 

  • Direct motor drive
    Fan impeller is directly coupled to the motor shaft for efficient power transfer and reduced maintenance. 

  • Industrial motors
    Installed motors are asynchronous, three-phase (or single-phase as specified), B3 mounting with IP55 protection, self-ventilated and designed for continuous service per UNEL/IEC standards. 

  • Temperature rating up to 80 °C
    Suitable for conveyed dusty or clean air at elevated process temperatures.

  • AI made of stainless steel AISI 304 to extract corrosive fumes

  • HT conveyed fluid temperature up to a maximum of 250°C (this version is made with longer shaft motor and extra cooling fan)
  • SB arrangement 5 with motor type B5 or B3/B5 without motor support base
  • TH high protection for use in tropical climate with high degree of humidity
  • TR belt drive, arrangement 9
