All our flat-bottom silos with corrugated walls are designed for storing various types of grains and/or granular bulk products. The CERES series silos, ranging in diameter from 3 meters to 32 meters and capacities from 30 m3 to 26,000 m3, ensure safe storage of different bulk materials even over extended periods. The corrugated steel sheets of the silo body are made from pre-galvanized coil steel supplied by certified suppliers under our company's quality control system. We use high-strength steel grade S450 + Z600 according to EN-10346 standards for manufacturing. The corrugation profile pitch is 106 mm with a depth of 13 mm, a working panel height of 1166 mm, and a useful length of 3140 mm. The thickness of the wall panels ranges from 0.8 mm to 3.5 mm. If calculations require increased thickness, combinations of different thicknesses will be used to achieve the required strength. Galvanized stiffening ribs, attached to the silo wall, transfer vertical loads from the grain and the silo itself to the foundation.
