  • Load hopper: Facilitates loading of the product to be dried and separation of unwanted elements.
  • Load auger: Transports the product into the dryer bell for drying.
  • Central auger: Moves the product upwards, re-introducing it into the drying area and facilitating discharge.
  • Swivel discharge: Allows gravity discharge of dried grain; equipped with an electric motor for discharge on level ground.
  • Burner: Provides heat for drying; standard diesel burners included, with options for natural gas or LPG.
  • Fan: Draws in outside air, conveys it through the pre-heated oven into the bell to reduce grain moisture.
  • Ejection cleaner: Removes impurities using a drop ejection mechanism.
  • Electric panel (automatic/manual): Manages all dryer operations comprehensively.
  • Drive (gimbal and/or electric): Can be equipped with PTO (gimbal), electric, or a combination based on user requirements.
  • Sensors: Monitor product temperature throughout the drying process.
  • Recirculation flows: Direct paths of air from cold to hot through the combustion chamber into the bell, using microperforated plates to dry the product efficiently.

The VigiFLAP is a non-return valve crafted to thwart overpressure or flame transmission from a downstream explosion (e.g., dust collectors, filters, cyclones) within the piping system.
