BIODRY is the series designed with a heat exchanger that is ideal for processing organic products. Thanks to a special stainless steel exchanger, the combustion air does not come into contact with the product because it remains separate from the drying air. In this way, organoleptic qualities are preserved and any kind of contamination is avoided. The structure of the boiler is compact but at the same time allows for low emissions to the atmosphere and minimizes thermal energy losses. The operating principle of these dryers is to keep the fuel combustion air separate from the drying air that comes in contact with the grain. In this way, the quality of the product is not compromised.

Серія BIODRY спроектована з теплообмінником, який ідеально підходить для обробки органічних продуктів.
Завдяки спеціальному теплообміннику з нержавіючої сталі, повітря для згоряння не контактує з продуктом, оскільки воно залишається відокремленим від повітря для сушіння. Таким чином, зберігаються органолептичні якості та уникнення будь-якого виду забруднення. Конструкція котла компактна, але водночас забезпечує низькі викиди в атмосферу і мінімізує втрати теплової енергії.

Принцип роботи цих сушарок полягає в тому, щоб повітря для згоряння палива не змішувалося з повітрям для сушіння, яке контактує з зерном. Таким чином, якість продукту не порушується.

  • Електричний щит (автоматичний/ручний): Керує всіма операціями сушарки.
  • Привід (карданний та/або електричний): Може бути налаштований з ВВП (карданом), електричним приводом або змішаною системою приводу.
  • Датчики: Контролюють і регулюють температуру продукту під час сушіння.
  • Рециркуляційні потоки: Направляють шляхи від холодного до гарячого повітря через теплообмінник у сушильну камеру за допомогою мікроперфорованих листів, що сприяє ефективному сушінню.

The VigiFLAP is a non-return valve crafted to thwart overpressure or flame transmission from a downstream explosion (e.g., dust collectors, filters, cyclones) within the piping system. Operated by a lever arm, it can be employed at both the inlet and outlet of the filter, effectively isolating the filter from any explosion or overpressure event. During an explosion, the valve automatically shuts and securely locks, impeding flame propagation. The flap can be manually unlocked for maintenance purposes.
