BIODRY is the series designed with a heat exchanger that is ideal for processing organic products. Thanks to a special stainless steel exchanger, the combustion air does not come into contact with the product because it remains separate from the drying air. In this way, organoleptic qualities are preserved and any kind of contamination is avoided. The structure of the boiler is compact but at the same time allows for low emissions to the atmosphere and minimizes thermal energy losses. The operating principle of these dryers is to keep the fuel combustion air separate from the drying air that comes in contact with the grain. In this way, the quality of the product is not compromised.

A BIODRY a szerves termékek feldolgozásához ideális hőcserélővel tervezett sorozat.
A speciális rozsdamentes acélcserélőnek köszönhetően az égési levegő nem érintkezik a termékkel, mivel a szárítólevegőtől elkülönítve marad. Így az érzékszervi tulajdonságok megmaradnak, és elkerülhető mindenféle szennyeződés. A kazán szerkezete kompakt, ugyanakkor lehetővé teszi az alacsony légköri kibocsátást és minimalizálja a hőenergia veszteségeket.

Ezeknek a szárítóknak a működési elve az, hogy a tüzelőanyag égési levegőjét elkülönítik a gabonával érintkező szárítólevegőtől. Így a termék minősége nem sérül.

  • Hőcserélő: Elválasztja a tüzelőanyag elégetéséhez és a szárításhoz szükséges levegőáramokat a gabona minőségének megőrzése érdekében.
  • Ventilátor: A külső levegőt egy előmelegített kemencén keresztül a szárítóharangba szívja a gabona nedvességének csökkentése érdekében.
  • Kidobó tisztító: A szennyeződéseket cseppkieresztő mechanizmussal távolítja el.
  • Elektromos panel (automatikus/kézi): Irányítja az összes szárítóműveletet.
  • Hajtás (kardán és/vagy elektromos): PTO (kardántengelyes), elektromos vagy vegyes hajtásrendszerrel konfigurálható.
  • Érzékelők: Figyelik és szabályozzák a termék hőmérsékletét szárítás közben.
  • Visszavezető áramlások: A hideg-meleg levegő útjait a hőcserélőn keresztül mikroperforált lemezeken keresztül a harangba irányítja, megkönnyítve a hatékony szárítást.

The VigiFLAP is a non-return valve crafted to thwart overpressure or flame transmission from a downstream explosion (e.g., dust collectors, filters, cyclones) within the piping system. Operated by a lever arm, it can be employed at both the inlet and outlet of the filter, effectively isolating the filter from any explosion or overpressure event. During an explosion, the valve automatically shuts and securely locks, impeding flame propagation. The flap can be manually unlocked for maintenance purposes.
