  • Load hopper: Facilitates loading and separation of unwanted elements from the product to be dried.
  • Load auger: Transports the product into the dryer for drying.
  • Central auger: Moves the product upward, reintroduces it into the drying area, and aids in product discharge.
  • Swivel discharge: Allows gravity discharge of dried grain or uses an electric motor-equipped auger on level ground.
  • Heat exchanger: Separates air flows for fuel combustion and drying to preserve grain quality.
  • Fan: Draws outside air through a pre-heated oven into the drying bell to reduce grain moisture.

  • Recirculation flows: Directs cold-to-hot air paths through the exchanger into the bell via microperforated sheets, facilitating efficient drying.

The VigiFLAP is a non-return valve crafted to thwart overpressure or flame transmission from a downstream explosion (e.g., dust collectors, filters, cyclones) within the piping system. Operated by a lever arm, it can be employed at both the inlet and outlet of the filter, effectively isolating the filter from any explosion or overpressure event. During an explosion, the valve automatically shuts and securely locks, impeding flame propagation. The flap can be manually unlocked for maintenance purposes.
